All items on AFamilyGift.com are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

Due to the impact of COVID-19, the production and delivery times have been delayed by up to 10 business days than the time frame below. We truly apologize for this inconvenience and Thank you for your understanding and sympathy with us in this situation.

Please note:

  1. The above time frame is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
  2. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
  3. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
  4. For order including Canvas/ Poster: Cannot be delivered to PO Box. Product will be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
  5. When order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

  • If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
  • We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse)

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?


Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses.

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?


Items shipping internationally from the US are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.

Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s customs policies.
